The shoulders look like they should've been lowered. He looks extremely stiff.
The hair, and ties all have very... Un-natural posing. It all looks extremely stiff. And it'd have to be one hell of a wind for his hair and ties to be completely straight to the side.
The expression is very pissed off. It doesn't seem to fit at all.
There's a bit of a white outline around the model.
The eyes look brighter than the rest of the picture.

Overall this looks really stiff, I think you should work on posing a little bit more. It would help a lot.
7 out of 8 deviants thought this was fair.

i notice youre an mmd artist. any posing tips?
also critique implys you'll say something positive as well.
saying what you dont like isnt that helpful.
its meant to be
"i like this but this is where youve gone wrong . heres how i think you can improve it."

1. A critique does not imply positivity at all. A critique means "an article or essay criticizing a literary or other work; detailed evaluation; review."

2.And I told you what needed to be improved, the posing. It's stiff, and the expression is unfitting.

3. Try lowering the shoulders. Go for softer expressions. hands should always be posed. Have the arms bent slightly. If you pose less than 15 bones, it's too stiff.

...
Then that's a very poor rip.
I wouldn't use it.
A basic model would have at least 50 bones.
And that's not counting hair or clothing bones.
And there are 15 finger bones on each hand. If the fingers aren't rigged, I'd reccomend not using it.
